It took 1 1/2 years to find a home, but Alexis Biondich remained diligent and focused on the goal. We listed and sold for 80k over asking price. Because of Alexis’ advice, we only had to make a list price offer to land our dream home. Buying and selling in this market was challenging to say the least. There were a couple of hiccups, but Alexis came through with creative solutions. She is knowledgeable, friendly, she listens, and her years of experience is what this market needs when buying and selling a home.

What you are getting is someone who is not only a top-notch expert in the space, but also a resource, consultant (design and for the legalities of reality), and friend for life. She went above and beyond in all aspects of our buying and selling journey, and even went to bat for us when the movers from the seller of our new home severely damaged our walls and floor. Since we’ve moved in, she’s made visits to our home to check in and offer design advise when requested. She even brought us an insanely thoughtful housewarming gift. We were going to go with a different realtor before we met her, but an extended family member recommended we check her out, and gosh am I glad she walked through our door that day.
