Alexis grew up in the Real estate industry, partnering with her family to achieve success. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Minnesota. She spent 3 years at a Mortgage Company learning the ins and outs of home financing to better service her Buyers. Working for Coldwell Banker, at a corporate level for 4 years, she ran the division that supported the Multi-family housing boom (prior to the market crash in 2007/2008). Alexis also worked in Corporate Real Estate at Ameriprise Financial. She ran the Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraising in the Twin Cities. She also sold Haagen-Dazs franchises on behalf of Nestle Corporation. She oversaw the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Homes Division for the South Metro. She also became a Productivity Coach at Keller Williams which mentored new agents into finding success in Real Estate. This experience reinforced her passion for coaching where she became a business and life coach. With that experience, also at Keller Williams, she became the CEO of an entire Market Center of 150 agents. Currently, in addition to leading our Real Estate Team, she also is the Broker, managing almost 200 agents, at our current office. Alexis is a Mom of both children and dogs. She is a sports enthusiast, cheering on all of Minnesota’s sporting teams. She's an avid dancer and at one point she was a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader. She stays active with her family and enjoys the outdoors for all it has to offer. That shows in her fondness for gardening, foraging and boating. Her breadth and depth of both Real Estate and other experience brings a lot of value to each transaction. Alexis is a friendly and outgoing person who enjoys working with clients through one of life’s biggest investments.

over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate, remodeling, general
contracting, and home inspection, Derek brings a rare blend of technical
expertise and personal care to every project and client interaction. From
restoring century-old homes to overseeing new builds from the ground up, Derek
has developed an intimate understanding of both the structural and emotional
value of a home.
Throughout his career, Derek has worn many hats—licensed realtor, certified
home inspector, project manager, and master renovator—allowing them to see
homes not just for what they are, but for what they can become. Their deep
knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and market trends is matched
by a sharp eye for detail and a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Whether
identifying subtle issues during a pre-sale inspection or advising first-time
buyers on renovation potential, Derek is known for clear communication,
honesty, and a genuine desire to protect and empower clients.
